Innovation,
Quality, Reliability
TLA
was established in 1984 by Thomas Ladisch for the purpose of providing
engineered solutions for the life sciences industry. To this end
many innovative products and systems have been created, a number
having been patented.
Early
in the 1990’s TLA was a leader in promoting the use of disposable
architecture for the production of various pharmaceutical products.
TLA created the first Stainless Flexible Tubing Pinch Valve capable
of operating with flexible tubing of various elastomers including
fabric reinforced tubing. The Quik-Stop® Tubing Pinch Valve
has been sold throughout the world for various applications from
vaccines through veterinary products.
Always
looking for better more efficient ways to operate pharmaceutical
processes led to the development of sterile mixers which could be
thoroughly cleaned and quickly rebuilt by lab personnel.
Interest
in the operation of clean room facilities led to the development
of our Magne-Cal™ Low pressure instrumentation. The Magne-Cal™
Panels and accessories were designed to provide a complete engineered
solution for the contractor, quality assurance team, and the end
user.
TLA
is busy working on applications of these new technologies to save
energy. The accuracy and reliability of the Magne-Cal™ low
pressure instruments have been proven to maintain an accuracy of
better then 00.25% over the period of a year. The performance of
the Magne-Cal™ Panels results in annual energy savings of
greater then 15%.
